Product Description

The Nile 2000 uses C02 and UV lights to attract mosquitoes. A low level fan then traps them in a filter where they dry out and die. The holding basket is easily removed to dispose of the caught mosquitoes. It is effective, efficient, and easy to use. There is nothing that needs to be replaced, refilled, or bought, ever. The Nile 2000 is most effective when placed between the mosquito source and the space you would like to protect. The unit needs to be constantly connected to a 110v power source during operation and and needs to be protected from bad weather while in use outside.

This review is from: Nile Mosquito Trap I live in Louisiana at the intersection of 2 bayous so mosquitos can be a big problem. We have a porch that is about 80 feet long and 20 feet wide and the azalea bushes in front of the porch seem to attract mosquitos. After 3 weeks we could tell a big difference. The trap catches tons of moths and other bugs as well as mosquitos so we empty it at least once a week.
